Dermal fillers add volume and definition to your lips – creating a fuller look. - Enhancing facial volume:
Enhance your youth by restoring natural facial contour areas which are prone to volume loss during the natural ageing process. - Facial Contouring:

- Restore volume to the temples and tear troughs
- Correction of deeper nasolabial folds, down-turned lip corners and ‘marionette’ lines
- Rejuvenation of your face
We lose collagen and elastin as we age, which causes us to lose our skin elasticity, our fat pads shrink, our bones reshape, which all add up to the loss of volume and contour. This is what causes sagging of facial features, appearance of wrinkle lines and folds, often leaving people looking “tired” and older.
Dermal fillers contain a naturally-occurring substance, they work in the skin to smooth away facial lines, wrinkles and restore volume loss providing more youthful facial contours.
Results are effective with minimal downtime and discomfort, and dermal fillers can also be combined with other anti-wrinkle injections as a tailored treatment plan.
Your Dermal Filler treatment begins with a consultation and in-depth discussion of your personalised needs and concerns with Jas, who will then determine the best desired outcomes and treatment plan for you. Jas will discuss with you the type of fillers, injection sites, amount of filler and the realistic expectation of results.
She will then cleanse your skin using a disinfectant solution and then numb the area with local aesthetic for increased comfort. The dermal fillers are administered through a tiny needle via injection into the dermis (the deeper layer of skin) providing enhanced volume, plumpness and definition.
The treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes. Clients are to expect some bruising and swelling after the treatment.
Results from Dermal Filler treatments are almost instantaneous and will be visible straight away, you will be able to resume your normal day-to-day activities immediately post treatment.
Dermal fillers will last between 6-12 months depending on the brand, thickness, skin type and area treated.
Individual biological factors eg. such as how fast your body metabolises the product, will also determine how long the filler lasts.
Dermal fillers are available in varying viscosities and thicknesses to ensure there is an appropriate product to suit all facial areas. Jas will decide which filler is suitable for you depending on your tissue thickness and the quality of your skin.
The costs of dermal fillers will depend upon the number and extent of areas that you would like treatment for.
Please contact Jas for more information on costs that are relevant to your personal goals and requirements.
After receiving Dermal Filler treatment, swelling at the injection site is normal. This is generally more severe when the lips have been injected.
Bruising is also common, and can take several days to subside.
Other possible side effects and complications will depend on the type of filler and technique being used. During your consultation you will be given, an assessment of any risk factors is completed before the treatment goes ahead, as all cosmetic treatments do carry risks.
You will be able to make an informed decision about whether or not you wish to proceed with the discussed treatment plan.
